Metcon will take any architectural drawing, of any design and detailing and convert them, into files to be read by our manufacturing equipment.

This state of the art roll-former will quickly process galvanised cold rolled steel, into panels. Each panel forms part of the building and is uniquely referenced, by an inkjet, onto the stud for checking.

This panel is held together by our riveting technology. This self-pierce rivet, allows frames to be produced in a rapid efficient and environmental friendly manner with no need for welding, or for the installation of frame extraction equipment. This gives the steel frame strength and does not cause damage to the zinc coating which causes rust.

To create a warm frame, insulation is then placed on the outside of the panel reducing any effect of cold bridging. Upgrading the thermal performance, means just simply adding thicker insulation. We use proven insulation products which means impressive U-Values for our buildings.

When all our floor and wall panels are complete they are then loaded ready for delivery to site.

Delivery of our panels are laid out on the lorry, the last panel loaded will be the first panel to be erected according to our detailed erection drawings and so on.

Our experienced team of erectors, will then provide an onsite erection service and will competently and quickly erect each building and perform our own snagging.
